I'm a technical writer who specializes in making complex technology understandable for everyone. With a background in IT support, publishing, and journalism, I excel at creating clear, user-focused documentation. I reduce customer frustration and give users more control over the tools they use. Whether it's API guides, tutorials, or prompt engineering, I translate "technobabble" into plain English.

My first job was as a media services technician at the New York City College of Technology, where I studied at the time. Guiding non-technical users through troubleshooting started my technical writing career.

I view my role as that of a translator, a skill I've honed since childhood. As the child of an immigrant family, I was often the designated translator for English and legalese. I still use that skill today, bridging the gap between complex technology and the people who use it.
