For years, my professional career has centered on one core goal: demystifying complex concepts for the general audience. Whether as a tutor, a journalist, or a technical writer, my focus is always on creating accessible and understandable content.

This portfolio showcases different pieces from each area. You'll find some articles and essays, technical documentation (such as user guides for hardware and software, and API documentation), and UX writing samples. I created these samples using platforms such as Swagger and Postman to demonstrate clear, step-by-step developer workflows.

Cloud and AI Observability Pipeline Documentation

Built a multi-layered documentation suite for a dual-track observability pipeline, integrating Datadog for cloud log ingestion and Galileo for AI/LLM tracing. This project features conceptual models, a streaming ingest API reference, and a hands-on guide for routing telemetry through cloud-native processors.

Built with a modern Docs-as-Code workflow using Docusaurus and Markdown. Diagrams in Mermaid and ASCII illustrate concurrent data streams and the dual-track observability architecture.

TypeScript SDK Sui Documentation Sample

Created a comprehensive documentation sample teaching developers how to read and write data on the Sui blockchain using the TypeScript SDK. This set includes a conceptual guide, a tutorial, and API reference pages centered on querying and interacting with SuiClient object data.

Stripe API Documentation Sample

Wrote REST API documentation in Markdown using VSCode and linted with Vale. Validated endpoints using Postman, documented authentication flow, and maintained docs in a GitHub Wiki. Demonstrates end-to-end developer documentation workflow.

UX Writing Challenge: #15

This sample showcases a comprehensive onboarding flow for a financial app. It demonstrates an ability to build user trust with a confident, clear, and professional tone while adhering to strict technical constraints.

InnoGear Aromatherapy Diffuser User Manual

Identified and resolved translation murkiness and organizational issues in an existing guide. Rewrote instructions to be more intuitive and optimized the layout for better user comprehension.
