For about ten years now, my professional writing career has centered on one core goal: demystifying complex concepts for the general audience. Whether as a tutor, a journalist, or a technical writer, my focus is always on creating accessible and understandable content.

This portfolio showcases different pieces from each sector. You'll find some articles and essays, technical documentation (e.g., user guides for hardware and software, API documentation), and UX writing samples. These samples were created using different platforms like Swagger and Postman and showcase instructions on using those platforms to get the intended results.

InnoGear Aromatherapy Diffuser User Manual

My mom recently gifted me a new aromatherapy diffuser. Out of professional courtesy (and compulsion), I read the accompanying user guide and found that it was confusing and poorly organized. I saw a great opportunity to practice my documentation skills.

To keep my skills sharp, I rewrote the guide, clearing up instructions that were murky from translation, removing redundant information, and readjusting sections to make it more intuitive for the reader.

Selected Works

Stripe API Documentation Sample

Wrote REST API documentation in Markdown using VSCode and linted with Vale. Validated endpoints using Postman, documented authentication flow, and maintained docs in a GitHub Wiki. Demonstrates end-to-end developer documentation workflow.

Data Pipeline Documentation Project

Built a full docs suite for a simulated observability pipeline—including concepts, ingest API reference, and routing workflow—using Docusaurus and Markdown. Added Mermaid and ASCII diagrams to show how events flow through ingestion, processing, and fan-out. Demonstrates clear, developer-friendly explanations of data movement at scale.

TypeScript SDK Sui Documentation Sample

Created a comprehensive documentation sample teaching developers how to read and write data on the Sui blockchain using the TypeScript SDK. This set includes a conceptual guide, a step-by-step tutorial, and focused API reference pages, all centered on using the SuiClient to query and interact with object data.

This sample showcases a comprehensive onboarding flow for a financial app. It demonstrates an ability to build user trust with a confident, clear, and professional tone while adhering to strict technical constraints.
